The Logan View/Scribner-Snyder Football Team shutout DC West 28-0 at home Friday night.
Another dominating defensive performance by the Raiders.
LVSS (7-1) plays host to Fort Calhoun (2-6) Friday night in the regular season finale.
The Pioneers won 48-8 at home over Omaha Concordia last week.
Fort Calhoun also beat the Falcons 30-14.
So I think the Pioneers could challenge the Raiders, but I fully expect Logan View/Scribner-Snyder to win.
The Raiders have been money this entire season following the setback to Wayne in the first game of the season.
LVSS has been very good defensively, and the offense has done enough for the Raiders to be dominate.
The Raiders haven't had the toughest schedule, but to their credit Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has taken care of business.
All you can do is play the hand you are dealt, and that is exactly what the Raiders have done this season.
One win away from an 8-1 regular season.
That would be pretty darn good for Logan View/Scribner-Snyder, who already has the District and a playoff berth wrapped up.
The Raiders have to finish what they started and put the finishing touches on what has been a very solid regular season, and also gain more momentum for the playoffs.
