Logan View/Scribner-Snyder blitzed by Pierce
The Logan View/Scribner-Snyder Football Team lost 56-7 at Pierce Friday night in action heard on 107.9 the Bull.
The Bluejays led 21-0 at the end of, and outscored the Raiders 28-0 in the 2nd quarter to take a 49-0 lead into the locker room.
Both teams traded touchdowns in the 3rd quarter. Neither scored in the 4th.
Disappointing game for LVSS no doubt.
The Raiders (1-6) take on Columbus Scotus (3-4) on the road Friday night.
The Shamrocks are coming off a 24-14 loss at Columbus Lakeview last week.
This should be a competitive game...closer than last week's game was anyways.
Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to be ready to play, and must give the Shamrocks all they can handle.
This figures to be the Raiders' best chance at a win of their remaining two games.
Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to show signs of life and pride in this one.
It hasn't been the type of season the Raiders wanted or envisioned or hoped for I'm sure, but that doesn't mean LVSS can't go down without a fight.
The Raiders have to go out there and play well for 4 quarters, and take it to Columbus Scotus.
LVSS has really only put things together one time this year, but perhaps the Raiders can do it at least one more time this year.
Getting blown out and losing games is not fun, but Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to keep fighting hard and battling....they can't throw in the towel.
I'm sure the Raiders want to be remembered as a team that fought hard until the very end and never gave up.
LVSS has to play with pride and show some fight and moxie.
The Raiders have to get out there and hit hard, and take all their frustration out on the Shamrocks.
Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to give Columbus Scotus all they can handle and want and then some.
The Raiders have to fight hard until the bitter end, and make life difficult on the Shamrocks.
Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to put the Pierce loss behind them, and go out there and play a good game Friday night.
The Raiders have to care and play things out the right way.
I know playing Pierce on the road is never easy, but LVSS should of made the game closer than they did.
Perhaps the Raiders will bounce back this week.
