Logan View/Scribner-Snyder falls at Boys Town

The Logan View/Scribner-Snyder Football Team came up just short at Boys Town Friday night, falling 25-18.

The Raiders led 6-3 after one before the Cowboys shut them out 8-0 in the 2nd quarter to take an 11-6 lead into the locker room.

LVSS doubled up Boys Town 12-6 in the 3rd quarter to go up 18-17 at the end of three.

The Cowboys shutout the Raiders 8-0 in the 4th quarter.

Another close loss and near win for Logan View/Scribner-Snyder.

The Raiders (0-3) host Fort Calhoun (1-2) Friday night.

The Pioneers lost 42-13 at home to Bishop Neumann Friday night.

This figures to be a close game as the Cavaliers also beat Boys Town 42-14.

I think LVSS finds a way to get in the win column Friday night, but it doesn't figure to be easy.

The Raiders have lost a couple of close contests that easily could have been wins.

LVSS could easily be 2-1 right now, but instead they are 0-3.

Perhaps a win over Fort Calhoun will spark something and get something going though.

The Raiders have to come out and take all the frustration of losing a couple of close games in the early season out on the Pioneers.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to take the fight to Fort Calhoun for four quarters, and execute on offense.

LVSS also has to force turnovers and tackle well on defense.

The Raiders have to turn in their best performance of the season, and play well on both sides of the ball.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to play hard and smart and must go out there and have fun.

The Raiders have to listen to their favorite tunes before the game and get fired up for this one.

LVSS has to practice well the rest of the week, and get ready to turn in a great performance Friday night.

There's no reason why the Raiders can't win this game by a couple of touchdowns or more.

The Raiders have to go out there and put things all together Friday night.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to play their best game of the season.... their most complete game as a matter of fact.

LVSS has to play well in all facets of the game for four quarters, and turn in a performance that's going to yield them a big time win.
