The Jaguars racked up 397 yards of total offense, 249 coming on the ground.
Outstanding win for Howells-Dodge, a win that propelled the Jaguars to No. 1 in the Lincoln Journal Star Ratings.
Howells-Dodge (4-0) travels to Neligh to take on Neligh-Oakdale (4-0) Friday afternoon.
The Warriors won 34-24 at Laurel-Concord-Coleridge last week.
Neligh-Oakdale is good and will be tough at home, but the Jaguars have faced and beaten some very, very stiff competition so far.
The teams Howells-Dodge has played and beaten prepare the Jaguars for a game like this.
These next three games are no cakewalk for the Howells-Dodge, but the Jaguars have faced the toughest teams on their schedule so far, in my opinion.
Still though there is plenty of work left to do and a lot to accomplish yet.
Howells-Dodge has to remain focused, and must keep the eye on the prize.
The Jaguars' work is not yet complete, and Howells-Dodge still has work to do if they want to be where they hope to be at the end of the season.
The Jaguars are definitely capable of making it down to Memorial Stadium this year I think.
Creighton is tough too, but Wakefield beat them, and Howells-Dodge beat the Trojans.
I think this Jaguar team is on a mission and terror to get to Lincoln and win a state championship.
Seeing how this Howells-Dodge team is doing this year reminds me of the Howells teams of the past that won all those state championships.
It's a beautiful and pretty sight to see, and I am expecting very big things from the Jaguars the rest of this season.
Howells-Dodge has done about all you can ask through the first half of the season, and now the second half has to be just as good if not better than the first half.
The Jaguars have a lot of football to play yet, and need to stay focused and hungry.
Howells-Dodge has to go into Neligh ready to dominate from the opening kickoff and snap.
The Jaguars have to take it to the Warriors for four quarters, and do what they do best.
This game is unique in that it is an early kickoff so it will be interesting to see what effect that has on the game if any.
Kickoff is set for 3:00 p.m. in Neligh.
