Logan View/Scribner-Snyder drops season finale to West Point-Beemer

The Logan View/Scribner-Snyder Football Team lost 21-0 at West Point-Beemer to end the season Friday night.

Tough end to a difficult season for the Raiders.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder ends the campaign at 0-9.

Players lost to graduation include Martin Valencia, Gavin Nielsen, Brant Schuler, Alex Wagner, Isaac Gahner, and Alex Miller.

Some big losses for sure. All 6 of these players were very valuable members of the team for sure.

Key returners include Roberto Valdivia, Garrett Palmer, Riley Hoetfelker, Connor Larson, Keaton Bushlow, Jacob Purdy, Jayden Korman, Logan Booth, Brett Uhing, and Eli Pilmore.

I feel the Raiders can be very improved next year with all the talent they return. There will be a lot of seniors for LVSS next season.

The Raiders really have to get after it this offseason though.

I feel Logan View/Scribner-Snyder is still transitioning into playing C-1 Football, and the last couple of years have been rough to say the least.

With a new schedule and fresh start next year I look for the Raiders to be improved.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder was very competitive this year, they just came up a little short every week.

I think offensive consistency is important for the Raiders.

LVSS has to be effective on offense week in and week out and the defense has to be stout and solid as well.

The Raiders have to really get after it in the weightroom and on the playing field.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to work harder than everyone else.

The Raiders have to find that edge that puts them over the top and gives them the advantage.

LVSS has to workout hard and intense this offseason, and do everything with 110% effort.

The players need to be Gladiators or Iron Men, and the Raiders need great participation numbers in the weightroom and at summer camps.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder also needs success in basketball, wrestling, and track to sort of set the tone for next football season so to speak.

Champions are made between December and January, not between August and November.
