Oakland-Craig blows out Tekamah-Herman

The Oakland-Craig Football Team won 58-6 at Tekamah-Herman Friday night.

The Knights used early turnovers to build a 24-6 lead at the end of one, and led 48-6 at halftime.

Oakland-Craig scored 6 points in each of the 3rd and 4th quarters to make up the final score.

The defense gave up 131 yards of total offense, including 126 on the ground.

The defense forced 4 fumbles on the night.

Another big and dominant win for the Knights. Oakland-Craig continues on this terror they've been on basically all season.

The Knights (5-0) host Louisville (1-4) Friday night in action that can be heard on 107.9 the Bull.

The Lions lost 42-0 at home to Fremont Bergan last week.

I look for Friday night's game to go about how like all of Oakland-Craig's games have gone this season.

I look for the Knights to jump on Louisville early and have this game put away by halftime or early 2nd half.

I think there will be a running clock for most of if not all of the second half in this one.

Oakland-Craig has just been super impressive this year, and I look for that to continue Friday night.

The Knights haven't just been beating people, they've been dominating the competition.

And in all facets of the game too...offense, defense, and special teams.

Oakland-Craig has to repeat the blueprint of what they've done all season, and if they can do that they will be just fine.

The home stretch comes after this week so the Knights need to do what they can to have another dominating performance Friday night.

Games against Fremont Bergan, Yutan, and BRLD lie ahead after this week so this is the last chance for the Knights to impress heading into three really tough games.

Oakland-Craig has to get fired up and come out and play their brand and style of Football Friday night.

The Knights have to show the Lions what Northeast Nebraska Football is all about, and take it to Louisville for four quarters.

Oakland-Craig has to do what they've done all season, and shouldn't change a single thing.

Whatever the Knights have been doing so far this year keep doing it because it is really working.

Oakland-Craig has been so impressive this year, and has dominated and taken the Bull by the Horns.

The Knights will look to do that again Friday night, literally, and I can't wait to listen to the game.

Honestly I thought Oakland-Craig would be good again, but I don't know if anyone saw this coming.

Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. with pregame at 6:30 on the Bull.
