Great team win for Howells-Dodge.
The Jaguars (5-0) host Elkhorn Valley (3-2) Friday night.
The Falcons lost 40-12 at home to Lutheran High Northeast last week.
The Jaguars dominated the Eagles 50-27 so I look for Howells-Dodge to win big over Elkhorn Valley as well.
The Falcons are still a tough, quality team though, and the Jaguars have to keep doing what they've been doing.
Howells-Dodge can't afford to have a letdown or an off game.
The Jaguars need to keep playing up to their capability and full potential.
Howells-Dodge has played amazing football all season long, but has to finish what they started.
I feel the Jaguars' toughest games of the regular season are behind them, but Howells-Dodge has to finish the job.
If the Jaguars can win this week and then again next week at Laurel-Concord-Coleridge they should finish the regular season undefeated.
Howells-Dodge has to dream big and should have big things, dreams, and goals on their mind.
The Jaguars have to remain focused on the Falcons right now though, and worry about the big picture things later.
It's tough not to think about Memorial Stadium and what it would be like to play there though.
Howells-Dodge can definitely get there too, but there's still lots of work to be done and lots of football to be played.
All that matters right now is beating Elkhorn Valley.
Knocking off the Falcons is priority No. 1 and honestly the only thing the Jaguars should be worrying about right now.
Howells-Dodge can't worry about anyone or anything else at this point.
The sole focus has to be Elkhorn Valley, and picking up season win number 6 over the Falcons.
The Jaguars should win as long as they come out and play well and do what they have been doing all season long.
