Logan View/Scribner-Snyder falls at Boone Central/Newman Grove

The Logan View/Scribner-Snyder Raiders fell 45-14 at Boone Central/Newman Grove Friday night.

Riley Hoetfelker went 11-27 passing for 127 yards with four interceptions while Connor Larson hauled in 5 passes for 62 yards. Brady Hull had 90 yards rushing on 23 carries.

Hull and Eric French each had 12 tackles while Austin Peters notched 11. Lucas Schneck had 10 while Beto Valdivia managed 7.

LVSS had 226 yards of total offense, including 127 through the air. The Cardinals notched 328 yards of total offense, 266 coming on the ground.

Things simply got away from the Raiders in this one.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (1-4) hosts Wayne (2-3) Friday night.

The Blue Devils lost 42-14 at home to Pierce this past Friday night.

This is definitely a winnable game for the Raiders.

I think this game will be very close and competitive.

The playoffs are probably out of the question for LVSS at this point so this should allow the Raiders to just relax and play football.

Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to continue to play hard for pride purposes at the very least.

It definitely hasn't been the type of season the Raiders were hoping for so far, but there are still 4 games left for LVSS to try and win.

The rest of the schedule is very difficult like the entire schedule this year has been, but Logan View/Scribner-Snyder has to go out there and continue to fight and battle hard.

This is the second to last home game of the season for the Raiders so they have to make the most of it.

Pierce comes calling next week so LVSS needs a win over Wayne to get geared up for that one with the Bluejays, which will be aired on 107.9 the Bull by the way.

The Raiders need to go out there and play an absolute great game Friday night.

LVSS has to put together their best effort and game of the season, and find a way to win.

The Raiders have to run and pass the ball well, and limit penalties and avoid turnovers.

It's tough to win ball games when you throw 4 INT's.

LVSS has to do a better job of taking care of the ball, and must create turnovers on defense as well.

Defense has definitely been a struggle for the Raiders so far this year, but LVSS played well on that side of the ball against Fort Calhoun, and Wayne's really struggled offensively this year so combine those two things and I think you have a Logan View/Scribner-Snyder win.

Both teams have lost to some really good teams, but I think the Raiders find a way to get it done and win Friday night.
