Guardian Angels Central Catholic blows out Winnebago
The Guardian Angels Central Catholic Bluejays kept things rolling Friday night, winning 64-6 at home against Winnebago.
Cole Kreikemeier had 97 yards rushing on 5 carries, including two touchdowns. Eric Klitz ran the ball 4 times for 87 yards, and scored two times. Tanner Hass rushed for 84 yards on 10 carries, and also scored twice. Nolan Plagge rushed for 59 yards on 3 carries, and scored once.
Plagge was 4-5 passing for 54 yards and a touchdown.
Mitchell Hass and Robert Schmaderer each had 7 tackles for GACC.
This type of performance was expected from the Bluejays, but give GACC credit for coming out and taking care of business. The Bluejays could have taken the Indians lightly, but they didn't, and came out and dominated from start to finish.
GACC caps off a perfect regular season with a forfeit win over Omaha Nation to end the regular season.
It's a big deal for the Bluejays to go undefeated in the regular season, but there are bigger fish to fry in the playoffs for GACC.
